FPK_LOGO (langwerpig)

Organo has been nominated for the pre-selection of the most prestigious composition prize in the Netherlands: Matthijs Vermeulenprijs 2019. Finals will be announced this summer by the Performing Arts Fund of The Netherlands.

Organo remains available via Bandcamp for free or any price you are happy to support us with.

Meanwhile: Huge Gratitude for all the beautiful response to Organo’s self-titled debut album (December 2018). Heartwarming !

• New Material

Today – after an incredibly long summer and autumn break – started new studio sessions with the acoustic trio around Abel Fazekas & Riccardo Marogna on bass clarinet and me as a soprano. It’s so lovely to develop new repertoire. Before the end of the year we will also edit and mix all the material for our debut album.

Meanwhile in The Hague: listening, editing, mixing and re-listening...

• VARKENSHOND III ON VINYL – BE

Proud to share the news that our improv collective Varkenshond (BE/NL) will be releasing its third album this Autumn 2017, via Belgian record label Aguirre Records. No audiocassette release this time, yet a nice little step back into analogue history. All is to be issued on good ol’skool vinyl in a limited edition of 180 pieces only. Live Varkenshond performances will happen from December onwards in both Belgium and Holland. Dates will follow.
